We use our company app to help us in making sure we take pictures of every area around the home and specify what needs to be repaired or have maintenance done to it.
Maintenance
We respond to any maintenance request or repairs within 24 hours or the same day. Maintenance requests can also be conveniently submitted through Buildium.
Rent Collection
We currently use Buildium which gives each tenant emails periodically in order to remind them that their rent is due, we also text & call them before they receive a late fee to their monthly rent.
Tenant Screening
We screen each tenant through a 3rd party background check, we also check their rent history and monthly incomes.
Enforcement
We have each tenant sign and understand what each property is requiring for tenancy at the unit. We also charge tenants certain fees if they don't abide by the rules.
